Our scheduled order despatch days are Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. Orders placed up to mid-day on those days will get despatched on the same day. Orders placed after midday on those days will get despatched on the next despatch day.
UK delivery times
Orders are sent using second class mail and should be received 2-3 days after we've despatched them.
Europe delivery times
Orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 3-5 days after we've despatched them.
Rest of the world delivery times
Orders are sent using Airmail and should be received 7-10 days after we've despatched them.
Delays
Sometimes there are delays with UK and worldwide delivery systems. These delays are out of our control so if you haven't received your order within the
times mentioned above then please be patient. If you haven't received your items after 3 weeks of placing your order then contact us and we will begin a claim for compensation of a lost parcel.
