Lost parcels procedure
Sometimes there are delays with UK and worldwide delivery systems. These delays are out of our control so if you haven't received your order within the
times mentioned here then please be patient. If you haven't received your items after 3 weeks of placing your order then contact us and we will begin a claim with the UK postal service for compensation of a lost parcel.
Please be aware that claims for lost parcels can take anything up to 4 months to process and that refunds will not be given until we are refunded by the UK postal service. All claims by customers for lost parcels will be dealt with on an individual case-by-case basis to help us fight fraudulent claims.
